Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline is 7 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) you appointed takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise the right of cancellation, please notify us with a clear statement via:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and no fees are charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

Please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Goods that are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past expiry.
  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are, by nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We may refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Please send returns to:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Use an insured, trackable service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
